Our production strategy is High-Variation Low-Volume manufacturing, enabling us to embrace diversity and respond to changing market trends and individual customer demands with agility. Quantity is customized according to customers’ need and it provides great flexibility to our customers for innovative development.
Our electronic manufacturing services portfolio includes automated SMT assembly, automated THT assembly, wire harness and cable assembly, box built assembly, coating and potting.
Automated SMT Assembly – Mounting of component designs (01005)
As specialists in SMT technology, we use High-speed Yamaha and Juki SMT assembly lines which allow us to tailor our capacity to best meet customers’ requirements. We can provide accurate placement of parts from 01005 to 50mm2 in both single and double side soldering. These components include micro ball grid array (BGA), ultra-fine ball grid array (uBGA), thin quad flat pack (TQFP), plastic leaded chip carrier (PLCC) and many odd-form components. All our assembled boards are checked by in-line Automatic Optical Inspection Machines after SMT. Materials and components used are 100% ROHS compliance.
Automated THT Assembly – With selective soldering, wave soldering and robotic soldering
To handle through-hole technology (THT) where the leads of components are inserted into holes on a printed circuit board (PCB), we have both selective soldering machines, waver soldering machines and robotic soldering machines.
Wire Harness and Cable Assembly
Our range is from simple configurations to complex cabling configurations. We build wire-to-board cable assemblies using connectors and crimp terminals, wire gauges from 28 AWG to 8 AWG with UL and Mil-Spec ratings.
Box Built Assembly
In addition to automated SMT assembly, automated THT assembly, wire harness and cable assembly, we support customers in box built assembly by integrating electronic modules into a fully functional product inside an enclosure. Box build assembly requires collaboration between design expertise, supply chain expertise, and manufacturing expertise to take a product from initial concept through prototyping, testing, pilot runs, and final mass production. GENTECH has all required resources to support our customers.
Coating and Potting
Considering the product’s intended use and the conditions it’ll endure in the field, an appropriate method should be chosent to protect the product’s most critical components from damage. Gentech offers conformal coating, nano coating, potting and encapsulation to customers.

With MES system, it enhances our manufacturing processes’ transparency, efficiency, and regulatory compliance, and it allows for traceability that meets requirements from receiving to delivery, paving the way for manufacturing excellence.
By capturing every movement of materials and products within the manufacturing line in real-time, it ensures seamless traceability. We can quickly track and trace the journey of a specific product, making it simpler to respond to any issue. By documenting every process and operation, it aids in maintaining rigorous records necessary for various regulatory standards and demonstrates conformity with industry standards.
